Processing Times

We endeavour to process orders within 4 business days, however occasionally due to high volumes of orders, it may take an extra day or two.

Purchasing express does not automaticaly ensure your item will be processed straight away. If you need your order urgently please contact us to discuss priority processing.


All standard orders will be sent via Australia Post.

Once your order has been posted, we will not be held liable for late or lost mail.

Orders under $15.99

Small order shipping is available for orders under $15.99, this does not include bulky items such as shoes.

This shipping option does not include tracking.

Shipping Times

As per Australia Post's standard shipping times, shipping can take up to 10 business days to arrive, although usually arrives much earlier than this. Please allow the full ten days before contacting us to express your concerns. 


All pre-orders are sent directly from the warehouse to you, some of these include international warehouses- please note the standard wait time for pre-orders is 3-4 weeks from purchase. 

Pre-order items are fulfilled individually, and may come from seperate warehouses, so please do not be alarmed if your order arrives in seperate parcels, and be patient in receiving the remainder of your order. 

Please Note, Free Shipping is not trackable.



Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since receiving your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Refunds are not given for change of mind, in this case you may request a store credit, or exchange.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
